2015 and 2016 Staff Survey
The survey shows that we, as an organisation, are making progress and are on the right track with our staff having the highest score in mental health and learning disabilities nationally for staff motivation at work two years running.

Stonewall Top 100 
The Trust has appeared in Stonewall's list of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender-friendly employers for the first time since 2013 and this year has climbed a massive 50 places to reach 86th place!
